The LIVE FIT DETOX™ Program was created out of my 30 years of working in the health, wellness and fitness fields. My passion, from ever since I can remember, has been to inspire people to “Live Fit, Live Life, and Live Love”.
After a very challenging period in my life in 2012, where I found myself depleted, exhausted, and suffering from severe indigestion, I decided to put myself on a 40-day detox. In those 40 days, I put together a program that evolved from my years of studying and practicing nutrition, yoga, fitness and meditation. This program was SO transformational, that I decided to share it with others, and thus the LIVE FIT DETOX™ was born.
